WE DO NOT DO EYE EXAMS. YOU CAN BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO OUR STORE. WE HAVE AN EXQUISITE SELECTION OF DESIGNER EYEWEAR TO CHOOSE FROM.

OUR LICENSED OPTICIAN WILL TAKE ALL MEASUREMENTS AND HELP YOU SELECT THE BEST LENS OPTIONS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION. 90% OF ALL PRESCRIPTIONS ARE FINISHED IN OUR IN-STORE LAB BY OUR LICENSED OPTICIAN. ALL PRESCRIPTIONS ARE VERIFIED BY OUR LICENSED OPTICIAN PRIOR TO PICKUP.

PLEASE BRING A VALID FORM OF ID, YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND PAYMENT. WE DO REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

YES! FLEXIBLE SPENDING AND/OR HSA CAN BE USED TO PURCHASE PRESCRIPTION ITEMS. THIS INCLUDES MOST EYEGLASS FRAMES AND PRESCRIPTION LENSES.

WE ARE NOT A PROVIDER FOR ANY VISION INSURANCE PLANS. CHECK WITH YOUR PLAN TO SEE IF THEY PROVIDE OUT-OF-NETWORK REIMBURSEMENT. WE CAN EMAIL AM ITEMIZED RECEIPT UPON REQUEST FOR YOU TO SUBMIT TO YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER. YOU MAY USE FLEXIBLE SPENDING AND HSA FOR PAYMENT.

WE DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION. YOU MAY CALL IN A PAYMENT ONLY AFTER VISITING OUR STORE IN-PERSON. WE WILL MAKE A RECORD OF YOUR FRAME/LENS SELECTION AND VALIDATE YOUR PHYSICAL CARD AND ID.

FRAMES PURCHASED FROM OUR STORE CAN BE BROUGHT IN TO ASSESS IF A REPAIR IS POSSIBLE. IF THE FRAME CAN BE REPAIRED, THE OPTICIAN WILL PROVIDE A COST AND TIME ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIR. PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND YOU MAY NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER.

YES, BUT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OPTICIAN AND WHEN WE ARE NOT BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. NOTE: MINOR ADJUSTMENTS ONLY. A BENT FRAME IS CONSIDERED A REPAIR.

THE AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR NEW PRESCRIPTION GLASSES IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. FOR NON-PRESCRIPTION GLASSES, 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMING WILL BE LONGER FOR RIMLESS OR CUSTOM LENSES AND FRAMES THAT ARE ON BACK-ORDER.

IF WE CARRY THE BRAND, WE CAN CHECK TO SEE IF THE FRAME IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDER. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE BRAND AND MODEL NUMBER FOR US TO CHECK AVAILABILITY. A NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ORDERING AND THE PURCHASE IS FINAL SALE.

YES, THIS IS OFTEN POSSIBLE BUT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OPTICIAN AFTER INSPECTING THE FRAME. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL FRAMES ARE ABLE TO HAVE THE LENSES CHANGED. WE ADVISE THAT YOU CHECK WITH THE SELLER BEFORE PURCHASING THE FRAME AND MAKE SURE THAT THE FRAME CAN BE RETURNED IF WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE LENSES.

ALL FRAME PURCHASES ARE FINAL. PRESCRIPTION LENSES MAY BE REPLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS IF THE DOCTOR CHANGES YOUR ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION.

ALL NEW FRAMES AND PRESCRIPTION LENSES HAVE A 1-YEAR WARRANTY COVERING MANUFACTURE DEFECTS. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE. DISCONTINUED FRAMES AND DEMO LENSES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
